We accept cash, checks, and credit cards; proper identification required. We do greatly appreciate payment with cash & approved checks, but do not charge a "buyer's premium" for your credit card purchases. We value our customers and we hope to always be able to afford that 3% charge, instead of making you pay it.
We promise to price items reasonably and fairly. Families deserve a good return on their belongings and we believe fairness is extremely important to the families and customers. Please do not ask for or expect additional deep discounts off the prices we spend our time tagging onto items.
Please bring your own help to load large items.
This is not an auction; most all items will be clearly tagged with prices for purchase at the sale; please only remove tags from large items that you intend to purchase. Please do not request prices prior to sale days; prices are not available prior to sale days.; items are not available for purchase prior to sale days.
We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for accidents/injuries or for loss/theft of personal belongings.
Please do not leave children unattended.
Access to the property is strictly limited to sale days, during hours directly associated with the sale. Any entry onto the property otherwise by unauthorized persons is Trespassing and prosecutable by law.
No smoking inside any building(s).
All items are sold AS-IS and all sales are final.

Good news, as of today 2/12, Mother Nature is smiling on us with a good weather forecast for the weekend, so the sale will happen at original times as posted here.

This sale is one to remember.  Historic Bethania, NC!  Home is still owned by a descendant of one of the original families who settled this beautiful town in the 1700's.  Multiple antique, vintage, & handmade items available that are from original Grabs, Strupe, Conrad, and Leinbach families along with a multitude of other various treasures.  The entire house is, in a word, FULL from corner to corner on both floors as well as the basement and large outbuilding.  Just plan to spend some quality time at this one!

Sign-Up sheet will be available in person at 7am on Saturday and 9:30am on Sunday for the first 30 people each day.

Dates are tentative at this time due to the amount of work still ahead of us.  We will also ensure that the weather is forecasted to be favorable for sale days & may adjust accordingly for that reason as well.  Please stay aware & check back often.
