Estate Sale with Antiques

Enter the front drive (Main Street) to the Church parking lot. Drive to the lot at the top of the hill and park, then walk down to the South side basement door to enter the sale.

All items are sold as is, where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees. All sales are final.
Accepted forms of payment are cash, approved check, and credit/debit cards with a 3% transaction fee on cards.
A 7% sales tax will be added to all purchases unless you have a N.C. sales tax exemption form to hand to the clerk.
No food or drinks permitted inside the sale.
No pets please.
We reserve the right to restrict the number of customers inside the venue at any time.
No prices will be given out prior to the sale.
Customer is responsible for packing and carrying purchases. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please bring your own bags and packing materials. Please bring your own personnel for packing and loading large items.
All purchases must be removed by the end of the sales day, each day.
There are no public restrooms.
Person attending sale assumes all risks related to the sale (before, during and after) including personal injury. Attendee releases the property owners and Rediscoveries, LLC, and their representatives and agents from any and all claims.

A sign up sheet will be placed outside the entrance door one hour prior to the start time to determine order of entrance.
Announcements made the day of the sale supersede all advertisements either written or verbal.
