Moving Large Items: If you plan to purchase furniture or other large items, please bring your own tools and help to disassemble, move, and load them. AESA staff will not be able to assist with moving or lifting items.

Crowd Control: We may limit the number of people inside the home at one time based on the space and layout of the property.

Waitlist Policy: Numbers will be given out starting at 9AM on the first day. All other days are first come, first serve.

Pricing: Prices may be adjusted at our discretion at any time during the sale.

The walk up the driveway is short but a bit steep.

Past the driveway there is a cul-de-sac which has limited parking.
