As is where is. all items are sold in their current condition without any warranties unless stated by the auctioneer.
all bidders are required to be at least 18 yrs old and provide accurate info to obtain a bidder number.
There is a 10% buyers premium as well as NC sales tax of 6.75% added to final price.
Cash, Check and all cards are accepted as payment. Please note if paying with card there is a 3% processing fee.
CAC is not responsible for any accidents or theft. Keep up with your items once it has been sold.
All payments must be made in full by end of the auction.
All announcements made day of the sell take precedence over any and all advertising.
