As is where is. all items are sold in their current condition without any warranties unless stated by the auctioneer.
all bidders are required to be at least 18 yrs old and provide accurate info to obtain a bidder number.
There is a 10% buyers premium as well as NC sales tax of 6.75% added to final price.
Cash, Check and all cards are accepted as payment. Please note if paying with card there is a 3% processing fee.
CAC is not responsible for any accidents or theft. Keep up with your items once it has been sold.
All payments must be made in full by end of the auction.
All announcements made day of the sell take precedence over any and all advertising.

This auction will have the 2nd load from the Netflix production studio hauled in along with another local estate (names held by request) Everything you see will all sell absolute regardless of price.
Ditchwitch trencher, 24' goosneck equipment trailer, tons of toys and collectibles, music equipment, Netflix shows props, furniture, antiques, tools, sports memorabilia, large train collection. You name it.
We will starting at 9am on July 18th out in the field while it is shady. Then we will work our way to the inside to the AC.
We are located at 15 auction ln Bladenboro NC. 28320 ((you may not be able to find us by typing in the address so simply put in Callihan auction co into Google and hit directions and it will bring you straight to us))
The Friday before the auction we will be out on site all day for preview of items 8am to 5pm.
