Welcome and thank you for looking at our items. Items must be purchased in advance, Pickup is on Dec 7th and 8th. Address given to confirmed buyers.

The Seller will NOT be responsible for any accidents or injuries while on the property to pick up any items.
As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. There will be no refunds and no returns accepted. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you will be receiving. There are no guarantees for longevity of an item once it is picked up.
We do not assist with carrying or moving large items - please bring your own helpers. Visitors are responsible for 100% of the cost of any item they break or damage while attending the sale.
Discounts may occur at any time after the first day at the seller's discretion. If you would like to make an offer for any item over $200, you may submit it for consideration. Please honor all offers when accepted. Any items purchased, but not picked up during the provided pick-up dates and times will be forfeited and no exchanges, returns, or refunds will be made, so be sure to confirm you are available to pick up the item(s) on the designated pickup days and times.
