Please read carefully before scheduling an appointment or purchasing.
1. Private Sale & Appointment Policy
This is a private, by-appointment-only estate sale. Entry is permitted only during your confirmed time slot.
To be respectful of other scheduled buyers, your appointment will end promptly at its designated time.
Testing Items: You are welcome to test electronic or mechanical items during your window, provided it does not cause your appointment to run over.
2. Large Item Logistics (Speakers, etc.)
Commitment to Purchase: For large-scale items, the buyer must complete the purchase at the time of review (during the appointment) or in advance. We will not "hold" large items without full payment.
Coordinating Pickup: We understand that oversized items like high-end speakers may require professional transport. We are happy to work with you to coordinate a specific pickup window if you are using a third-party shipper or specialized movers.
Note: The item must be paid in full before any shipping coordination begins.
3. Payment Process & Credit Cards
Digital Payments: If you wish to pay via an online service, we utilize Venmo. To ensure accuracy and security, the seller will send a payment request directly to the buyer.
Memo Field: Each request will include a memo stating: "Estate Sale purchase: [Item Name]. Sold AS-IS. All sales final." * Credit Card Usage: If you choose to pay the Venmo request using a credit card, a 3% processing fee will be added to the total to cover transaction costs.

4. Condition of Items (As-Is)
No Warranties: All items are sold "AS-IS" and "WHERE-IS." There are no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Advance Purchases: Items purchased in advance via payment request are subject to the same "As-Is" policy. Once the Venmo request is paid, the sale is final.
Inspection: It is the buyer’s responsibility to thoroughly inspect all items before purchase or during pickup.
5. Loading & Supplies
Bring Your Own Help: We cannot assist with moving, lifting, or loading heavy furniture or appliances. Please bring adequate help to move your purchases.
Packing Materials: Buyers are responsible for bringing their own boxes, wrapping paper, and tools for disassembly.
6. Liability
By scheduling an appointment and entering the premises, you agree to hold the homeowner harmless against any and all claims, damages, or injuries sustained while on the property.

- Payments: We accept Cash and Venmo. (Note: Venmo payments made via credit card will incur a 3% processing fee).
- Large Item Pickup: For oversized items (such as the Wilson WAMM or large Jensen Imperial), we will coordinate flexible pickup windows for buyers using third-party or white-glove shipping services. Items must be paid in full prior to scheduling transport.
- Loading: Please bring your own labor for heavy items. We cannot provide loading assistance.
