- Sales Tax 6.75% will be charged unless you have a Sales Tax ID.
- 15% Buyers Premium. Sales tax applies unless you have a Sales Tax ID on file with us before the end of the auction.
- COVID-19 Social Distancing: Pickup Tuesday 2/2 9am - 5pm
- We will be using scheduling software, if you are picking up a small items please select ONE 15 minute slot. If you are picking up furniture please select 2 slots.
- We will only accept Cash, Check or Credit Card payments.
- Sunday Evening winning bidders will receive an email with your invoice and pickup instructions. If you are unsure or do not receive an email from us please call 828-708-90498.
- Shipping available for small items for a $15 fee per lot plus shipping & insurance costs, larger & Fragile items will be brought to the UPS Store, you work directly with them to pack & ship your lot with a $5 handling fee. Your credit card will be charged twice, once for the cost of the winning bids and again for packing & shipping fees.
- Items that can not be shipped will be marked with NO SHIPPING in the description.
- Bring help to move furniture & other large items, we DO NOT HAVE resources to help you.
- We are not responsible for accidents.
