- We will be using scheduling software, if you are picking up a small items please select ONE 15 minute slot. If you are picking up furniture please select 2 slots.
- We will only accept Cash, Check or Credit Card payments.
- Sunday Evening winning bidders will receive an email with your invoice and pickup instructions. If you are unsure or do not receive an email from us please call 828-708-90498.
- Shipping available for small items for a $15 fee per lot plus shipping & insurance costs, larger & Fragile items will be brought to the UPS Store & have a $5 Handling Fee. You work directly with the UPS STORE to pack & ship your lot. Your credit card will be charged twice, once for the cost of the winning bids and again for packing & shipping fees.
- Items that cannot be shipped will be marked with NO SHIPPING in the description.
- Bring help to move furniture & other large items, we DO NOT HAVE resources to help you.
- We are not responsible for accidents.
- All Lots are sold as is where is, no refunds.
- You may not leave your item at UPS for longer than a week or it will be donated and no refunds given.
-Paid items that are not picked up or no shows will be forfeited and buyer possibly will be blocked from future auctions unless other arrangements are made prior to the end of the Auction.
- Estate Liquidation Consultants or it's Sellers cannot, and will not, be held responsible for any interruption in service, errors, and/or omissions, caused by any means and does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or error free service or use of the site. Bidder acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. Estate Liquidation Consultants, at its sole discretion, may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding or reschedule the closing date of the auction and resell any items/lots that were affected by any malfunction. The decision of Estate Liquidation Consultants is Final.
