All Sales Are Final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued. Please inspect items carefully before purchasing. Bring your own bags and boxes for packaging as our supplies are limited. All purchases must be removed by 1:00 on Sunday unless previous arrangements are made with us.
Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, Zelle, and Venmo only.
Enter at Your Own Risk. Neither AESA nor the property owner is responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage that may occur while on the premises.
Moving Large Items: If you plan to purchase furniture or other large items, please bring your own tools and help to disassemble, move, and load them. AESA staff will not be able to assist with moving or lifting items.
Waitlist Policy: Numbers will be given out starting at 9AM on the first day. All other days are first come, first serve.
Pricing: Prices may be adjusted at our discretion at any time during the sale.
