1. Payment: ONLY! 10% buyers premium on all purchases. Master Card, Visa, Cash. NC state Checks must be pre-approved no out of state checks accepted.
2. All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” with all faults. There are no warranties or representations of merchantability, or fitness, nor of any other kind, expressed or implied. Written descriptions & conditions are our opinions and should in no way be construed as a guarantee of any kind. By placing a bid you signify that you have sufficient enough information to bid on the item & except it As-Is upon arrival. If you require absolute certainty in all areas of authenticity, and the results of your evaluation leave uncertainty in your mind, we recommend you have an expert examine the lot for you or do not bid on the item in question. If your item(s) are damaged in shipping, you will need to contact the shipper to file a claim. We do not give refunds! All sales are final!
4. Stover’s Auction Gallery reserves the right to withdraw any lot at any time before the auction without liability.

If any applicable conditions herein are not complied with by the purchaser, Stover’s Auction Gallery at its option may either (a) cancel the sale, retaining as liquidated damages all payments made by the purchaser or (b) resell the property at public auction without reserve or minimum selling price, and the purchaser will be liable for any deficiency and costs, including handling charges, expenses of both sales, the commission on both sales at regular rates, all other charges due hereunder and incidental damages.

Address is 8724 Hwy 53 N. Burgaw, NC. 7.5 miles down hwy 53 heading toward Jacksonville. Across the hwy from Holland Shelter restaurant. Used to be the Barnyard Flea Market and Antiques!!

This is a very large living estate auction. Name withheld by request. Which consists of a partial living estate and items left over from The Barnyard Flea & Antique Market when is closed down a while back. It is an on-site auction held just outside of Burgaw at the estate. Address will be listed a couple days before the auction. The property has sold and so everything must go. So it is an absolute auction with the exception of a 2000 Fleetwood Coleman Pop up Camper The estate is filled with multiple buildings filled with all kinds of items of every sort. There is a large barn and a main building along with other sheds and storage throughout the property all with something in them. The property will be gated off. No one is allowed on to the property prior to the auction. And the gates will be opened for buyers to register at 9:00am the day of the sale. But no one will be permitted to walk the premises prior to the sale. According to the NCDOR that due to the fact that some of the items are from the business itself, that we are required to collect sales tax for this auction. There will be a flat 10% buyers premium added to every sale.
The auction consists of a large amount of tools of all kinds including hand tools and power tools. Clothing of various kinds including some military and fireman. A large Craftsman pull behind wood chipper. A 2000 Fleetwood Coleman edition pull behind pop up camper also in great condition. There are some gorgeous weathervanes, Tons of beautiful concrete lawn decorations, stepping stones, benches, animals, bird baths, table and chairs and more. There are two boat trailers, hundreds and hundreds of misc. collectibles including pottery, porcelain, art glass, crystal, figurines, china, bakeware, kitchen items, art, wall decoration, metalware, primitives, antiques & more.
