Items will be sold by way of auction. Terms are different from our traditional (tag) estate sale. Everything sold as is, where is with no warranties or guarantees. No refunds. 13% buyers premium, 3% discount with cash. No checks. We accept cash, debit card, credit card. All items must be moved the day of the sale. Plenty of parking. Good food and drink available the day of the sale.
