1. Accepted forms of payment are cash,valid check with proper ID, and credit/debit cards with a 3% transaction fee added.
2. No prices given prior to sale.
3. No pre-sales.
4. Numbers will be handed out 30 minutes prior to start time to determine your order of entrance.
5. Items must be removed in a timely fashion.
6. Please bring help for loading of large items. Assistance can be offered if needed.
7. Not responsible for accidents.
8. Everything is being sold as is, where is, with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees.
9. All purchased items must be removed from premises by Sunday at 4 P.M.
10. Please be respectful and courteous to others while shopping.
11. Remaining items left at 2PM on Saturday will be reduced for Sunday.
12. Offers will be accepted but ONLY through an Offer Sheet. Please complete an offer sheet and submit it for consideration.
