PLEASE NOTE: THIS ESTATE SALE TAKES PLACE INSIDE THE 2-STORY DAIRY BARN!!! SIGNS WILL DIRECT YOU TO THE BARN. ALL OTHER BUILDINGS AND THE MAIN HOUSE ARE OFF LIMITS. PLEASE, ONLY VISIT THE DESIGNATED BUILDING. ADDITIONALLY, DUE TO THE RECENT WEATHER, THE GROUND IS EXTREMELY WET AND MUDDY IN SOME AREAS!!! THIS WILL ONLY BE A PROBLEM WHEN WALKING TO THE BARN. BE CAREFUL AND WEAR BOOTS IF YOU HAVE THEM!!! WE DO HAVE A PORTABLE RESTROOM ON THE PROPERTY FOR YOUR USE.

ALSO, THIS SALE WILL HAVE 24 HOUR SECURITY. IF YOU ARRIVE EXTREMELY EARLY BEFORE THE SALE BEGINS, PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE PROPERTY UNTIL THE MAIN GATE IS OPEN!!! THANKS!!!
