This is the location for the sale of the contents only of our friend Janet's Estate.  Janet was an academic, a practical nurse, a teacher, a licensed minister,  a friend and mentor to many.   The Huge Little Easy Estate Sale is home to a wide assortment of delights, treats, and good finds.  Everyday china, some nice mid century modern teak wood furniture, a huge array of Christmas in mid summer treats, a rare Dansk wood bowl,  antique desk,  an 1888 treadle Singer Sewing machine,  a 1911 Singer, a 50s era Brother sewing machine.

Don't leave this sale off your list.  There is something just right for many of you that fills a number of niches.

Just to tweak your attention!   First, there is a signed original etching by Pablo Piccaso just in case you don't have one in your collection yet.   Now is your chance.   "Pour Robie"  certificate of authenticity.

Mid Century modern Teakwood furniture:  tall 5 drawer chest (2) that sells new for thousands  pic.

Mid century modern Teakwood bedroom suit 4 pcs.  low credenza with drawers and sliding doors, two bedside stands with drawers,  and a matching twin bed headboard and foot board.

The rare Dansk oval wood bowl sells on Amazon Prime for $550.  pic

Lots of popular everyday china Denby, Mikasa Intaglio Lifestyle,  NovaStudio, a few misc. pieces of Lenox.

Collectibles of many sorts:  Posters: like 1982 Ojai Music Festival with art by Robert Motherwell "Bust of Stravinsky" .  Everything by Robert Motherwell is quite pricey online.

What about a first edition of Mark Twain's A Yankee in King Arthur's Court, 1885.  It is not in the very best condition and is priced appropriately.  And, another 19th century first edition title in better condition.  Wouldn't you just like to have it in your collection?   pic

Lots of collectible mugs like the popular 150th anniversary of Morton Salt with the umbrella lady on it.  They are popular online at about 4 for 10 and more.

Some old dolls.  Don't know much about them, but you might.

Beautiful large tooled leather chest with a butterfly/floral motif.   And, a smaller matching chest.

A couple of antique mirrors that might fit on one of your antique dressers.  We do have one early 20th century dresser.

3 pcs of cane backed or rattan/cane backed furniture from mid century collections.  They do not match, but have been used as a set.  1pc is a small teakwood sofa.  2 chairs. see pic.

Everything must go.  There are bookcases. tables, desks, and assorted chairs including an old Hitchcock and a rocker.

Oh.  What about an early 20th century writing table with a lift up angled lid and a pull out drawer for cash.   pic

Janet did love Christmas and yard sales and travel.  And, some of the contents indicates that.

There is an art collection by another family member of another generation.  She was married to a celebrated architect. That collection will be offered at a separate gallery exhibit as a whole later, but a few examples of her work are attached.  She created a nice portfolio, but was in the shadow of her husband who is noted for his famous architectural work.  We would love for her work to get the attention that it deserves.

File cabinets. Lamps. Jewelry,  lots of tables and chairs.

Hope you will add this stop to your July 28 -30 choices.
