PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
1. We do not allow sold stickers, other than our own. If you wish to purchase an item, tear off the bottom of the hanging tag or, if it is a smaller item and has a price sticker, take it with you or place in our hold area. Do not hoard items.
2. Be sure to examine all items closely and carefully before you pay for them. Remember all items SOLD AS IS, NO REFUNDS.
3. Buyer is responsible for removal of their items purchased before closing (4 pm) unless a prior arrangement has been made. Please bring your own help as we do not help load large items.
4. Please understand that if anyone is caught stealing, we will call the police.
5. Doors will open at the published time, not before.
6. If you pick up an item and decide not to buy, please place the item back where you got it.
7. If you break or damage an item you are fully responsible for the cost of the item.
8. Please do not bring food or drinks into the house and do not leave trash in the house or yard. Do not wander the property.
9. We will provide numbers on the morning of the sale, at approximately 7:15 am. There are two main areas to shop - the house and the basement. Each area will have a separate entrance and hand out their own set of numbers. If you finish in the house, then you might need to wait in line for basement entry and vice versa.

Household items include a large collection of kitchen items - including several white serving pieces and bowls, glassware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, throw pillows, bedding, beach towels, blankets, throws and more. Large collection of outdoor items including benches (best in covered outside space), ceramic flower pots, decor and more. A large selection of craft and art supplies, camping supplies including sleeping bags, camp stove, kitchenware, etc. Lots of loose Lego bricks (not sets), used and new skateboard decks and used trucks and wheels, Yu-gi-oh cards, tech decks, snorkeling sets and more. Some guitars, musical instruments and equipment. Lots of books! Large collection of Christmas and Halloween decorations! Lots of boxes that will just be fun to explore.
