Please make sure to select your post auction option (shipping or local pick up) prior to bidding. For shipping please also verify the address on your account is correct, we cannot be responsible for undelivered mail due to incorrect addresses.
Please note there will be 2 days available for pick up: Friday, November 15th and Saturday, November 16th. Please note all winning bidders will receive a Calendly link within 24 hrs of auction closing to schedule a pick up appointment. Please schedule your appointments as soon as possible to make pick ups as smooth as possible.
Any items needing to be shipped will be shipped by Monday, December 18th to the address on file. Shipping cost will be billed to the card on file.
Items will be available for pick up and shipping. Please check listings for more details. We cannot estimate shipping until we can confirm all winning bids. Combined shipping is available when possible. All items will be shipped via USPS or FedEx from the Zip Code 27511.

Items that are not picked up on time will be considered forfeited and discarded, donated or resold at our discretion.
In the instance we cannot charge the card on file for shipping, you will be notified by email. Items will not ship until the shipping balance is settled. Failure to do so in a timely manner will result in item forfeiture.

Hosted by Secondwind Estate Liquidation (NCAL #10657), we are assisting A Loft (located in downtown Durham) with their liquidation as they remodel their hotel. This is part 1 of a 3 part sale. Please note, these items must be picked up and cannot be shipped. We will be moving these items off site, so pick up will be at our downtown Cary location.
Some items come in multiple parts. We have a few lots toward the end that are in bulk (21+ items). If you bid on these bulk items, you are responsible for removing ALL of the items. These lots CANNOT be divided.
Due to the large quantity of items, not all items could be represented in the pictures. Please note that these items have been in use at a hotel for about 5 years, but after inspection, we can say the majority of the items are in very good, if not excellent, condition.
