Starburst Cary Estate Sale

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
1. All items are SOLD AS IS WHERE IS, ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS. Please inspect the item thoroughly before purchasing the item. We offer NO GUARANTEES or WARRANTIES. Please ask for assistance before purchasing any electronic items when testing and inspecting radios, TV's etc. Again, we do not guarantee electronic items are in working order.
2. Please do not park in the driveway unless you have made arrangements with us after your purchase for you to load the items, furniture etc. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN HELP TO ASSIST YOU IN LOADING FURNITURE AND LARGE ITEMS as our employees do not help load items. Please do not block the surrounding neighbors driveways and be respectful of surrounding neighbors yards while arriving and leaving the sale.
3. Buyers are responsible for the removal of large items purchased within the last two hours of closing time on the second day of the sale.
4. If you break or damage an item, then you are fully responsible for the cost of the item.
5. If you decide not to purchase an item, then please place the item back where you found it or ask for assistance to help you place the item back.
6. We will make available our sign up sheet an hour prior to the start time of the sale. We do not honor any written Sign-Up list other than our own.
7. No food or beverages allowed into the house during the sale and do not leave any trash on the front porch or property.
8. Doors will be open at the published start time of the sale. Not before.
9. We don't give out prices prior to the sale and we don't do Pre-Sales.
10. Prices are not negotiable on the first day of the sale. Discounts will be announced on the second day at opening time as well as any other special announcements.
11. Please note that if anyone is caught stealing, we will contact the Police immediately. We do have security posted throughout the house as well as hidden security cameras.
12. We supply our own sold stickers. Please ask one of our assistants for a sold sticker for you to put on an item you wish to purchase. On large items, please tear off the bottom of the tag and apply the sold sticker with your first and last initial and date. If an item is marked with a sold sticker, we expect for you to purchase the item so please make sure that you wish to purchase the item before you apply a sold sticker. This is respectful to other potential buyers of the item.
13. All persons attending this estate tag sale or otherwise on the premises before, during and/or after the estate tag sale, do so at their own risk. Neither the sellers, Property Owners nor Starburst Auction and Estate Sales LLC is responsible for accidents.
14. 7.25% North Carolina Sales Tax will be charged unless you have a valid NCDOR Tax Exemption Form on file.
