- No parking in the driveway unless moving sold furniture. Please park on the street or at the clubhouse and walk over. Please be mindful of neighbors, as this is an over 55 community.

- We do not allow the use of any stickers other than the ones provided by us.
- All items are being sold AS IS and NO REFUNDS. Please test them in advance of purchasing the item if an electronic.
- If you break an item, you are responsible for paying for the item
- The buyer is responsible for removing large items purchased. We will not be able to help load any items purchased, so please bring help when arranging pick-up.
