Please inspect all of your purchases carefully as all items are sold as is. There is no warranty given or implied on any purchase. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Cash, good checks, and charge cards accepted, but cash is king. We will try to help load large items, but bring help if you can.

YOU MUST BE THERE TO SIGN UP. ANY SIGN UP SHEET YOU START IS NOT OFFICIAL BUT I WILL GO BY IT TO TRANSFER NAMES TO MY OFFICIAL ONE AS LONG AS YOU ARE THERE WHEN I GET THERE. ESTATE OF LONG TIME UNC LAW PROFESSOR NOW RETIRED. EVERYTHING IN THIS SALE IS QUALITY PLUS. LOTS OF HIGH END CLOTHING NOT PICTURED YET, BRASS KING SIZE BED, LANE BEDSIDE TABLES, LANE END TABLE AND COFFEE TABLE, HIGH END DINING ROOM TABLE AND CHAIRS, CHENILLE LOVE SEAT. REALLY NOT MUCH JUNK AT ALL. THEY MOVED TO FLORIDA AND HURRICANE IRMA DELAYED THEIR MOVE AND DELAYED US GETTING IN AND BEING AS ORGANIZED AS WE USUALLY ARE BUT WE ARE GETTING THERE. NICE SETTING, NICE WEATHER, NO HOME FOOTBALL GAME. JUST GET HERE OR MISS OUT.
