In these challenging times, we sometimes have to try a different approach to get things done.  Our next estate sale is going to be a bit different in that the home is still occupied by the family while they downsize to move.  We are welcoming you into their home by appointment only.  The sale will be over four full days to accommodate as many of you as possible. 

This is a 6000 sq ft home occupied by a local artist for 20 years in the Cocker Hills area of Chapel Hill, NC.  Family traveled extensively, collecting unique accessories.  Many antique items were inherited from their mother-in-law who was an accomplished decorator in Charlotte, NC.  She had acquired interesting decor from buying trips to New York.  

The homeowner is a local artist who has had many of her works featured in galleries in North Carolina and beyond.  She will be offering several of her original works at this sale.  

The pictures below represent only a portion of the items available at this sale. Many other unique and fun pieces are there for you to find for your home!

This is still a family home with current residents and therefore, this will be an escorted, by appointment sale only.  You will have a private appointment slot for yourself and one other person.  To reserve your appointment, please call Kim at 919-698-8146.  Appointments are available the following days/times:
