AAA Organizing & Estate Sales LLC HIGHLY REQUESTS CASH ONLY during this sale! ANY GOLD, SILVER & GEMSTONE JEWELRY PURCHASED is to be paid for in cash! We will be using VERY LIMITED credit card purchases which carry a 5% service fee added to total amount charged. We will have security cameras on site. We do not provide any type of packing materials or boxes. Items must be removed on day of purchase unless other arrangements have been made with the staff. We will provide "sold stickers" to be placed on item after it has been paid for. There are NO restroom facilities available. Please do not be disappointed if we do not reply to your email or text for color, size, or description of any item as it is nearly impossible to reply to emails during preparation of multiple sales we have going on during this season. Please note we can not place a hold on any item if requested prior to sale dates. AAA Organizing & Estate Sales, the current homeowner or the new homeowner is in no way held liable for any type of injury, accident or mishap that may occur while you are on the property of the estate sale site. By attending our sale you have released the above mentioned company, and or any homeowners of any liability claims. Children are welcome with strict adult supervision. See you there! ****PLEASE NOTE****A sign up entry notebook will be placed at the front step at 9:00 am. for a 10:00 am entry on Thursday & 8:00 am for a 9:00 am entry on Friday & Saturday. We will enforce lining up in numerical order prior to entry. We thank you in advance for your cooperation. WE WILL PUT THE NOTEBOOK OUT! All other sign ups will be voided prior.
