Terms

We accept cash, good checks, and major credit cards with proper ID.
The majority of items we sell are used/vintage - that's what makes tag sales great! However, that also means things will potentially have flaws/signs of use, are sold "as is", and cannot be returned.
We are not responsible for accidents occurring on or around the premises. Enter at your own risk.
Well behaved children under their parents' supervision are always welcome at our sales.
YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN HELP FOR LOADING FURNITURE AND LARGE PURCHASES.
For folks who are new, here's some basic tag sale etiquette. Entry into the tag sale is organized by a list. At our sales, the list is started by the first person who arrives with the intention to stay until numbers are handed out. As people arrive, they put their names on the list, then should remain in the area or sit in their cars until numbers are handed out. You don't have to stand on the porch all night - you can sit in your car - but putting your name on the list and then leaving is a no-no.

Gay Gasper Estate Sales will be having a two-day sale Saturday, November 16 (8 a.m. to 3 p.m., admission numbers given out at 7 a.m.) and Sunday, November 17 (12 p.m. to 3 p.m., no numbers, just line up beforehand).

Tenants are living on the property - please respect their privacy by not going onto areas marked off by "caution" tape, or by blocking the driveway.
