Terms and Conditions: First come, first served. The first person to arrive with the intention of staying until the sale opens starts the list, and is #1. The second person to arrive with the intention of staying puts his/her name on "the list", and is #2, and so on. You don't have to stand on the sidewalk - you can sit in your car - just stay in the area. If you put your name on the list and leave, you will lose your spot. Line up according to the list at ten minutes till start time.
We accept cash, checks and credit cards with proper id. Tag sale items are are sold "as is", and cannot be returned. No previews or early sales. We keep plenty of packing paper and boxes on hand for our buyers, and even have someone to help you pack. Please bring help to load furniture. Purchases must be picked up by the end of the sale unless other arrangements have been made with Gay. Refunds will not be issued for items that were not picked up. Neither we nor the homeowner can or will be held responsible for accidents. Well-behaved children are ALWAYS welcome at our sales.

We are pleased to be bringing another interesting and lovely estate tag sale to you in the Cedars of Chapel Hill (300 Cedar Club Drive, which is the Davidson Building - PARK IN THE PARKING LOT IN THE BACK OF THE BUILDING - LOOK FOR THE "TAG SALE" SIGN) on November 5 (8 a.m. - 3 p.m.) and November 6 (12 p.m. - 3 p.m.).

Remember to obey local speed limits, park politely & keep the noise down before the sale.
