Terms and Conditions: We follow the usual time-tested Chapel Hill tag sale line-up method where the first shopper to arrive AND STAY starts the list. That person is #1. The next person to arrive and wait in the area is #2, and so on. Subsequent arrivals who are going to stay and wait, add your name to the list. You don't have to stand on the sidewalk - you can go sit in your car once you've put your name on the list - but don't drive away or you will lose your place. As a courtesy to those who came early and are waiting, put only YOUR name and the names of those with you IN PERSON on the list. Your friends can put their names on the list when they show up in person. WE WILL HAND OUT ADMISSION NUMBERS FOR THIS SALE AT 7 A.M.. Once you have your number, you can leave, go get breakfast, etc. but return in order to line up ten minutes till start time.
We accept cash, checks and credit cards with proper id. Tag sale items are are sold "as is", and cannot be returned. We keep plenty of packing paper and boxes on hand for our buyers. Please bring help to load furniture. Purchases must be picked up by the end of the sale. Neither we nor the homeowner can or will be held responsible for accidents. Well-behaved children are ALWAYS welcome at our sales.

One exception - the Weber grill is now reduced from $600 to $550 (firm).
There are several large insulated shipping/storage containers in the attic upstairs (wood with styrofoam insulation = see photo #12) - please ask Gay for details.

Tag sale friends, I'm happy to announce yet another "Do Not Miss" tag sale.
Our lovely clients are downsizing from their beautiful home on the golf course in the Oaks (near Chapel Hill Country Club).
We will be selling many items acquired from their years working as career diplomats working in the foreign service (the pinnacle of which was a term serving as United States Ambassador to Ecuador).
A sampling of items in the sale:
