We accept cash, checks and credit cards with proper id. Tag sale items are are sold "as is", and cannot be returned. We keep plenty of packing paper and boxes on hand for our buyers. Please bring help to load furniture. Purchases must be picked up by the end of the sale. Neither we nor the homeowner can or will be held responsible for accidents. Well-behaved children are ALWAYS welcome at our sales.

Our regulars will recognize this street - we've had at least ten sales in this area. Off of Hwy 54, turn onto Meadowmont Drive. Go to Sprunt, turn right. At the stop sign (Cedar Berry), turn left. At the next stop sign (Pine Needle), turn right. 400 CEDAR BERRY - the Burke Building - will be on your LEFT. There's a yellow bench near the door. If you arrive before 7 a.m., put your name on the list. We hand out numbers at 7 a.m on Saturday, line up at 7:50, sale starts at 8 a.m.
FOR THIS SALE, WE ARE HANDING OUT NUMBERS at 7 A.M. ON SATURDAY MORNING according to the list started by those who came earlier and waited. You must be present to get a number. If we call your name from the list and you're not there, you lost your place. Once you get a number, you can go get coffee etc. Be back in time to line up at 7:50, sale starts at 8.

This lovely family has roots in Atlanta, Georgia, with some time spent in Japan in the 1930s. The owner loved collecting antiques and silver.
