Terms and Conditions: We follow the usual time-tested Chapel Hill tag sale line-up method where the first shopper to arrive AND STAY starts the list. That person is #1. Subsequent arrivals who are going to stay and wait, add your name to the list. You can go sit in your car, but don't leave or you will lose your place. Your friends can put their names on the list when they show up in person. WE WILL HAND OUT SATURDAY ADMISSION NUMBERS FOR THIS SALE AT 7 A.M. Once you have a number, you can go get coffee, etc. Please return and line up according to number at ten minutes till EIGHT. The house is small and we expect a crowd, so you may have to wait a bit to get into the house.
We accept cash, checks and credit cards with proper id. Tag sale items are are sold "as is", and cannot be returned. We keep plenty of packing paper and boxes on hand for our buyers. Please bring help to load furniture. Purchases must be picked up by the end of the sale. Neither we nor the homeowner can or will be held responsible for accidents. Well-behaved children are ALWAYS welcome at our sales.
Tag salers, please join us for a great sale in Falconbridge this Saturday and Sunday. The house is relatively small (a two-bedroom townhouse), but brimming with books, decorative items and practical things too!

We are discovering lots of nice items as we sort and stage; keep checking for new photos every day till sale day.
One more thing... as we stage and post more pictures this week, it's hard to miss the love our client has for cats. There are cat figurines, cat dishes, etc. etc., and especially great cat-themed books. Please let your ailurophile friends know that we have anything and everything a cat fancier would want!
In honor of my own pet cats past and present, I am donating a portion of my proceeds from this sale to the Animal Protection Society of Caswell County, a worthy and deserving animal shelter that can really use the extra funds (see them on Facebook, or at www.apscaswell.org). We will accept check donations (made out to APS Caswell) during the sale, too.
