AAA Organizing & Estate Sales LLC accepts the following forms of payment: cash, all major chip enabled credit cards & checks with proper ID. We do not provide any type of packing materials or boxes. We do not provide assistance in loading or moving large items after they have been purchased. Items must be removed on day of purchase unless other arrangements have been made with the staff. We will provide "sold stickers" to be placed on item after it has been paid for. Please do not be disappointed if we do not reply to your email for color, size, or description of any item as it is nearly impossible to reply to emails during preparation of multiple sales we have going on during this season. Please note we can not place a hold on any item if requested prior to sale dates. AAA Organizing & Estate Sales, the current homeowner or the new homeowner is in no way held liable for any type of injury, accident or mishap that may occur while you are on the property of the estate sale site. By attending our sale you have released the above mentioned company, and or homeowners of any liability. Children are welcome with strict adult supervision. Thank you in advance for attending this beautiful sale full of useful and practical items. The entire estate and every room is under monitored video surveillance. See you there! ****PLEASE NOTE****A sign up entry notebook will be placed at the front step at 8:00 am. for a 9:00 am entry into the home on Saturday and a sign up notebook will be placed at 11:00 am entry at 12:00 pm on Sunday. We will enforce lining up in numerical order prior to entry, and we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
