Anyone caught stealing will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
No Food, Drinks or Pets allowed inside of home.
Please keep small children in your control.
We do not allow any outside "sold tags" aside from our own.
We do not provide packing material or boxes .
DO NOT park in driveway unless you are loading items.

We are still under restrictions in NC due to the coronavirus. We are asking if you don’t feel well to please stay hole and get better. If you plan to attend this estate sale, you must wear a mask. Even if you have been vaccinated, we are still asking that you please wear a mask for other peoples frame of mind. We will also be wearing masks to protect everyone. We are hosting a sale in Chapel Hill NC this weekend and selling all you see plus more! As you can see there is a lot at this estate. We will be posting more detailed photos throughout the week.
