2) We will provide sold stickers at each of our sales. Customers may not use their own.
3) Be sure to examine all items and test them before buying. We do not accept returns of items that have left the sale. Items are sold as is. We can not guarantee all electronic items are in working order.
4) Discounts when purchasing large amounts of bundled items.
5) Buyer is responsible for removal of items purchased before the closing of the last day of the sale. We may be able to make additional arrangements if more time is needed.
6) Any stealing or switching of price tags will be brought to the attention of the local authorities.
7) We will open the doors to the sale at the designated time.
8) Please, if you decide not to buy an item return the item to its place.
9) Please dispose of any trash in the proper receptacles.
10) We can not sell any items prior to to the sale due to the fact that it is unfair to others.
11) We will provide a sign-up sheet for each sale.
12) We are not responsible for any accidents on site.
13) There will be a 3% charge on all credit card transactions.
14) We do not provide packing materials or boxes.
15) Please, no food, drink or pets.
16) Please park on the street but please be courteous to the neighbors.

Blackwater Creek is hosting a unbelievable estate sale in Chapel Hill. This sale is HUGE, filled with Early American (Primitive/Rustic) antiques, bins and bins of Hallmark Keepsakes Christmas ornaments, Christmas trees, wreathes, many antique woven baskets, floral supplies, books, a lot of jewelry including Pandora bracelets and charms, sterling silver jewelry, an entire garage filled with tools, rolling Craftsman tool boxes, a ton of linens, antique rocking chairs, a lot of handmade primitive pillows, bedding, blankets, quilts, sheet sets and towels, garden decor, a ton of North Carolina pottery, a huge amount of kitchen and dining items, an entire cupboard of pewter, birdhouses, mens and womens clothing and shoes (including mens Steger Mukluk boots) and so much more. We will have tons of Hess trucks and many brand new boxed toy cars, tin antique toys, highly collectible antique crocks, stoneware and jugs. Amazing original artwork, antique church pews and benches, very antique sleds and many antique chess/checker boards, a dry sink, and multiple cabinets and cupboards from the Colonial/Early American time period.
The 2 story attic is stuffed and we haven't even been able to really unpack everything just yet, but we will be adding more pictures as we uncover more treasure for the sale! There are 2 Pottery Barn Apothecary style cabinets, 3 punched tin pie safes, tables, many ladderback chairs, Persian area rugs and runners, many wrought iron lamps. Crafting supplies are in the attic. 2 bins of Marklin trains and more bins of Matchbox trucks and cars.
Due to the size of this estate, some items we haven't been able to price but we can work out deals at checkout!! So please mark your calendars for this sale, you won't be disappointed and we look forward to seeing you there!!
