This sale is appointment only. This sale is in a private retirement community and we will only be allowing 4 people in per 1/2 hour. Slots are available by texting Kelly at 919-949-1918 with which day and time you prefer. We will text back a confirmation day/time & address.
Everything is available for sale immediately. All of the prices are below the items. To purchase an item please text Kelly with the following :

YOU must bring your own friends/family to help you load all items. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and requires an elevator. You will be escorted by our staff in and out of the buildings for appt times.

All sales are final and there are no refunds. We accept cash or credit card.
If you can’t make your appt time please text us 12 hours in advance of your time.
While we love our customers who shop all our sales, this is a unique sale in a quiet environment where we have to be respectful of the community. So please only book a time if you are interested in purchasing items in the pictures.
Also no children are allowed and there are no restrooms.
