No early access will be granted.

There will be zero tolerance for any rudeness or fighting.

Sign up sheet will be posted at least one hour before sale starts.

Payment:
We accept cash, credit cards, and certified checks. Personal checks are not accepted. All items must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. Prices are non-negotiable unless otherwise specified. Buyers are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Condition of Items:
All items are sold "as is" and "where is," without warranty or guarantee. Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before making a purchase. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Removal of Items:
Buyers are responsible for removing their purchased items from the premises. Please ensure you have the necessary means to transport your items.

Liability:
Secondwind Estate Liquidation is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the sale. Buyers enter the premises at their own risk. By attending the sale, buyers agree to release Secondwind Estate Liquidation and the property owner from any liability for personal injury or loss.
