Terms & Conditions

First come, first served. Parking is extremely limited for this sale; it would be best if you could carpool with friends. Please PARK ON ONE SIDE OF THE STREET so that emergency vehicles can come and go if necessary, and make sure the neighbors can get in and out of their driveways.

We accept cash, checks and credit cards with proper id. All items are sold "as is", with no refunds. No previews or early sales. We are not able to reply to requests for prices prior to the sale. We do try to keep plenty of packing paper and boxes on hand. Please bring help to load furniture. Neither we nor the homeowner will be held responsible for accidents. Well-behaved children are ALWAYS welcome at our sales.

SEVERAL PEOPLE HAVE ASKED IF WE ARE PUTTING OUT A LIST AT A CERTAIN TIME. Just for future reference, our company does not do that. For our sales, the list is started by the person who arrives first, starts the list, and STAYS IN THE AREA until the sale starts. No coming early, putting your name on the list and leaving; it's not fair to those who come early and wait. If you are a couple, both your names need to be on the list. At about ten minutes before time for the sale to start, everyone comes to the door and lines up in order of arrival.
