PARENTAL ADVISORY: Some art pieces are sexually explicit. We’ve done our best to conceal them in areas where children may not see them, but be advised they are in the home.

PLEASE PARK ONLY ALONG THE HOUSE SIDE OF THE STREET. An emergency response (fire) lane must be maintained at all times. Signs will direct you not to park along the other side of the street. Please do do block neighbors driveways or mailboxes. Residence driveway is reserved for loading purchased items. The driveway is steep, so prepare for a hike up a hill.

Please come prepared to load large purchases, all items must be removed during sale hours or by arrangement. We DO NOT have staff to help you load.

Please note we do not sell items over the phone. We can be quite busy setting up for the sale, so we might be delayed in responding to phone calls or texts. We look forward to seeing you there.
