All Sales Are Final. All items are AS IS, please examine them closely before you pay for them.

Please bring your own packaging & boxes. We might have some, but a very limited supply.

We do not move or load furniture, our insurance does not allow it.

A SIGN IN SHEET will be at the front door by 8:00 a.m. on Saturday morning. You must be in line to get on the list, sitting in your car while others are waiting at the door does not count towards your place in line. 

MASKS are REQUIRED to enter the home and must be worn at all times.
