Cash, Debit and credit cards are accepted. A 3% service fee will be added to all credit/debit card transactions.
Entry numbers will be available one hour prior to the start of the sale.
Please bring help for large or heavy items as we will be busy helping other customers.
If moving services are needed, it is the customers responsibility to coordinate all moving details.
All items musts be removed from the premises by the end of the last day of the sale.
Fabulous Finds and the Homeowner are not responsible for accidents, injury or damage that may occur on the premises.
Please bring your own tote bags, bags, boxes and packing paper.
All items are sold "as is" and therefore returns are not accepted.
Please be sure you are satisfied with the item before you make a purchase.
Occasionally the homeowner may change their mind and decide to keep certain items. We do our best to accurately portray the items that will be for sale. We attempt to remove pictures if the items are no longer for sale.
Fabulous Finds does not allow previewing or pre-buying. We do not quote prices prior to the sale. Preparing for the sale is very labor intensive and we cannot return every phone call or inquiry.
We work very hard to give our clients the best sale and service. Prices are firm the first day of the sale.
