-No early entry. Sale starts at designated time. We do not use sign up sheets but will distribute a limited amount of numbers to hold your place in line. We ask that you do not congregate at the entrance and that you remain in a socially distanced line until capacity allows for entrance. COVID safety protocols will be followed according to public health recommendations. Face masks are recommended for entrance.
-Cash and Venmo payments accepted; Square and PayPal payments accepted for purchases of $25 or more.
-We encourage our customers to take their time reviewing and investigating all items prior to purchase. ITEMS SOLD "AS IS," ALL SALES FINAL, NO REFUNDS.
-You will be responsible for moving heavy items and loading them into your vehicle. We have names of delivery services upon request. If delivery is arranged, buyers are responsible for costs.
-Homeowner(s) and Leave It To Lisa CLT Estate Sales are not liable for any damage, theft, accidents, or injuries during the sale.
