Numbers will be given out one hour prior to opening time each day of the sale. A list for early signup will be out at the front door by 5 pm Thursday afternoon. You must be present at 9:00 am (1 hour prior to opening) to receive your number in line. If you are not present when your name is called you will forfeit your number and spot in line.
You will be responsible for moving heavy items and loading them into your truck or car. Please bring help if you feel you will need it. We have names of delivery services upon request.
It is our policy not to give out prices prior to the sale, nor do we pre-sale any items before opening.

The house has sold and will be torn down, so most structural items and landscaping will be available for purchase. If you have interest in an item, and it has not been priced, please have your offer in mind and speak with a Fresh Start team member. The house was built in 1959 and has many architectural design elements relevant to that time. So come with an open mind and eyes. You may just spot the treasure you have been looking for!
