Cash is preferred. Credit cards are accepted (if you agree to pay the bank service fee).

We, and the homeowner, are not responsible for accidents, injury, or damage.

It is recommended that you bring your own tote bags, boxes, and packing paper.

All items are sold "as is" and there are no returns.

Preparing for a sale is more labor intensive than you are aware of so it's not possible to answer individual questions ~ especially regarding prices.
