Preview 10 a.m. when we roll open the bay door. Rain or Shine Look for the Red & White arrow signs. Plenty of parking on the street, outside of the fence.
Address will be posted Sunday 28th.

This piece out auction will sell to the highest bidder, by the lot, without reserve.

There will be appliances, tools, commercial construction equipment, furniture, electronic equipment,
household furnishings, furniture, building supplies, furnace, antiques and plenty of boxes to unpack yet.
( NO clothes, yard toys, mattresses, console tv's or junk!!!)

Each piece of merchandise will be sold as is-where is without warranty and all sales are final. Seller, Auction Co. or Site Not Responsible for Accidents.
Announcments will be made day of the sale.

ALL contents must be removed by 3 pm sale day, no exceptions. The lease is up and doors will be locked at 3 p.m.
You will need totes, boxes and paper to pack with. There is a loading dock and ramp.
