We accept cash, debit and credit cards
You will be responsible for moving heavy items and loading into your truck or car. Please bring help if you feel you will need it. We have names of delivery services upon request.

We staff our sales according to size and inventory. We are ready and willing to answer questions and assist you in any way.

Numbers will be put out one hour prior to opening time the each day of the sale. Please note that if a list has been started, we will honor your place in line if you are present at the time the numbers are given out. If you are not there you will forfeit your spot.

We are ready to open the doors tomorrow at 10:00 am. The sale is on the main level only. Checkout and hold table will be out back and in the driveway, weather permitting.

Please Note Special Parking Instructions:

Picardy Place is a narrow street, and parking is only allowed on one side. There are permanent "NO PARKING" signs that have been place there by the city of Charlotte. If the police are called and find that cars are parked illegally, not only will they give you a ticket, they have the right to shut the sale down. We will block the driveway for loading. Please be considerate of these road restrictions.

There is ample parking on Colony and the adjacent street Greenbrier.

We spent most of the day unpacking boxes and moving furniture around, and we uncovered a few treasures along the way! Be sure to check the updated list below, along with all the pictures. We can't wait to see what we find tomorrow!
