We welcome you to the tag sale. A few suggestions:
Please bring adequate help if you need assistance with loading heavy purchases.
Cash is preferred. Credit cards are accepted (if you agree to pay the bank service fee) and the new policy of over $50. per transaction.
We, and the homeowner, are not responsible for accidents, injury, or damage.
It is recommended that you bring your own tote bags, boxes, and packing paper.
All items are sold "as is" and there are NO returns.....it is your responsibility to test an electrical item before purchasing.
***Preparing for a sale is more labor intensive than you are aware of so it's not possible to answer individual questions ~ especially regarding prices.
***Update on 9-12-21: all of the time slots are full and we are not accepting any other requests at this time.
Although this isn’t one of our typical lakefront houses, this classic Myers Park house is packed full of interesting antiques and vintage items!
It’s a lifelong accumulation/collection of everything old: furniture, clocks, lamps, glassware, metalware, art.....room after room of “stuff”!!!
Since the house will be demolished to make way for new construction, original light fixtures, interior doors....plus any other materials that can be salvaged will also be for sale!
Due to the condition of the house, plus the narrow stairwell, this will be “by appointment only”.

Warning: there is no air conditioning🥵 so the time-frame will be limited!
