Directions:

From Highway 51: Turn onto Park Cedar Drive (at the K&W Cafeteria) and proceed up the hill to 10100 Park Cedar. Turn left into the parking lot and park near the middle of the "L"-shaped building. Enter through the glass lobby doors and follow the corridor around to Suite #164.

From Park Road Extension: Turn onto Park Cedar Drive (at the Kangaroo Station and CVS). Proceed past Carmel Family Physicians (on your right) and just at the top of the hill (across from the Camden Apts) turn right into the parking lot and park near the middle of the "L"-shaped building. Enter through the glass lobby doors and follow the corridor around to Suite #164.
