• How do I sign up for the sale?
  • A sign in sheet will be available no later than 9am.  Those who arrive earlier than that should practice respect for each other regarding the order of their arrival.
• Do you take credit cards?
  • We accept credit cards and cash.  We do not charge a fee to use credit cards.
• Can I buy an item in advance of the sale?
  • In order to be fair to all our customers, we do not presell items.
• Can you tell me the price of an item?
  • In order to be fair to all our customers, we do not give out prices in advance.

Important Sale Information

• A sign-in sheet will be available at 9:00 AM. The sale will open at 10:00 AM sharp.

• Those arriving prior to opening are expected to respect one another and honor the order of arrival.

• Please do not start your own sign-in sheet. Use the sheet we provide at the time indicated above.

• Depending on the number of people attending the sale, we may need to limit the number of people inside the house.  

• If you have questions about items in the sale, the best way to reach us is by texting 704-980-8455. We will respond as soon as possible.

• Please do not call during the sale, as we will be unable to answer the phone.

• Please do not block the driveway.
