Due to very limited VISITOR spaces in this townhome community, this will be a By Appointment Sale. Appointments are available in half-hour increments for all 3 days. The available time slots are for VEHICLES, a parking space, not for people. Up to 2 people may enter under one vehicle reservation slot.

This home offers traditional, contemporary, & antique furniture, household decor, women’s clothing, patio items, kitchenwares, garden items, Holiday decorations, books, garage items, plus so much more.

Please only park in clearly marked VISITOR spaces in Court 8, or in adjacent Court 7, or in any available spot at the swimming pool, 2/10 of a mile away. There is absolutely no parking in reserved residence spots, the fire lanes, or along Dumbarton Dr or Whistlestop Rd. Doing so could result in you being towed at your expense.

Please come prepared to load large purchases, all items must be removed during sale hours or by arrangement. We DO NOT have staff to help you load. We will reserve the two residence parking spaces for the loading of purchased items only. These spaces will be marked by traffic cones.

Please note we do not sell items over the phone. We can be quite busy setting up for the sale, so please no phone calls or texts, just come on out to the sale. If you must contact us, a phone call will be more promptly answered than a text or email.
