Items listed will be available for your enjoyment at our ON SITE tag sale.
Enjoy our usual well organized sale.
Each item is individually priced with items available at just $1! There is something for everyone! We are committed to well balanced sales.
We are unable to offer pre-sale/telephone/internet sales prior to the sale dates. We cannot offer pre-sale pricing, There will be no exceptions! Must we say... NO EXCEPTIONS! Please do not call or e-mail these requests as we are busy preparing to host this estate sale.
We accept cash or all major credit/debit cards with no additional charge. We and our clients assume the fees.
Buyer beware! Please inspect your items before purchase. No refunds or returns will be made.
PLEASE respect the community!
You must be able to climb stairs safely. We are not responsible for accidents. All steps are well marked. Please note all “Watch your step signs.” Proceed carefully and ask for assistance. Our friendly staff will be waiting to assist you!
Please be prepared to take your larger items home before the end of the day.
Enjoy the convenience of our baskets for shopping and a station for wrapping and bagging your items. Boxes are provided for your convenience. There is no need for you to bring a bag to shop the estate, we request that you not.
Sign in at the door and remember your number. Sign in sheet will be left Thurs. prior to sale at 12 noon.
Patrons will enter in waves on a first come first serve basis to promote safety and abide safe occupancy according to the size of the home.
