Bring CASH. Credit Cards accepted w/ 3% service charge. We DO accept checks with proper ID.
Bring your own packing materials and boxes. There is NO EXTRA STAFF so please bring your own help when buying furniture or large bulky items.
All merchandise must be picked up by the end of the sale on Saturday.
All items sold as-is, where is, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Valuables are removed from the site until the start of the sale and premises are monitored.
