We accept cash, debit, and credit cards.
You will be responsible for moving heavy items and loading into your truck or car. Please bring help if you feel you will need it. We have names of delivery services upon request.
It is our policy to not give out prices prior to the sale. We staff our sales according to size and inventory. We are ready and willing to answer questions and assist you in any way.
Numbers will be put out one hour prior to opening time each day of the sale. Please note that if a list has been started, we will honor your place in line if you are present at the time the numbers are given out. If you are not there you will forfeit your spot.

Update 8/13 - Coddington Place is a narrow cul-de-sac and parking is limited to one side of the street only. Canterbury Rd is also available for overflow parking with a short walk by sidewalk on Randolph.
Another great sale by Fresh Start. We helped our very sweet couple move out of their home of 50 years back in July, and now we are helping with a sale to clean out their house. So many generations of beloved treasures to see.
Our work will continue throughout the week, so be sure to check back for details and pictures.
We are continuing to follow the CDC guidelines, and greatly appreciate your cooperation.
