Entry Numbers will go out an hour before the sale. Please line up in order of your arrival. YOU MUST BE ON THE PREMISES TO RECEIVE A NUMBER. Fabulous Finds DOES NOT honor any lists made.

Removal of large pieces of furniture/rugs will need to be arranged to be picked up during non sale hours.

If moving services are needed, it is the customers responsibility to coordinate all moving details.

Fabulous Finds and the Homeowner are not responsible for accidents, injury or damage that may occur on the premises.

Please bring your own tote bags, bags, boxes and packing paper.

WOWZA!!! MEGA estate sales like this one don't come along very often!! This is the sale of the year!!

This stately Myers Park home is packed with with SO MANY treasures, it is hard for us to explain just how LOADED it is! The homeowner was an avid collector of many things. She surrounded herself with things that brought her happiness and purchased large quantities of the things she loved. Many of these items were/are in the original packaging and are like new. This home is filled with gorgeous antiques, lamps, and furniture from Colony & Davis Furniture. Each room has the most exquisite Persian rugs ranging in a variety of patterns and sizes. The homeowner loved to shop at Neiman Marcus and has accumulated a large collection of fine picture frames featuring brands such as Jay Strongwater, Michael Hero, Berebi, & Cosmo Collection. Beautiful writing boxes, tea caddies, Victorian train case, gilded mirrors, asian urns and figurines fill this home. Other collections include Imari, vintage snuff bottles, Kelvin Chen & Charlotte di Vita miniature enamel teapots, Limoge, Michael Aram, Jay Strongwater trinket/pill boxes, brass horse harness medallions, & Royal Crown Derby paperweights. There are several sets of fine china -Spode Iris and Sphaerolobium, K et G Luneville china, Royal Crown Derby and vintage Bohemia china. The kitchen is a cook's kitchen and is stocked with pots/pans from Sur La Table, Mikasa Maxima Yardley china, Staub, Wallace and Towle flatware. The small kitchen appliances include a Kitchenaid mixer, Moccamaster coffee maker, Breville toaster oven, Cuisinart food processor, Krups juicer, Keurig & Senseo coffee maker. The holidays were the homeowner's favorite. She loved to decorate for the holidays and there is basement FULL of holiday decor- tabletop decorations, candles, floral picks, wreaths, and trees. There are bins and bins of Halloween, Easter and Christmas ornaments by Mackenzie Child, Patricia Breen, Christopher Radko, Larry Faga, and Ne' Qwa. Some unique treasures are vintage Russian Roly Poly Chime Christmas trees, hand painted Eastern European Santas, Erzgebirge Volkskurst incense smokers, Department 56 Snow Village, Lynn Haney Santas, Wilhelm Schweizer Bavarian Pewter art, Bethany Lowe trick or treater figurines and Mark Roberts fairies. There are bins full of Patricia Breen, Christopher Radko, Ne' Qwa, Mackenzie Child and lots of other ornaments. The toys include vintage Playmobil, Lego Icelandic plane, Star Wars Portfolio, vintage metal die cast cars/trucks and a vintage stamp collection. There is also a bin of vintage jewelry and watches. The homeowner purchased LARGE quantities of art from local and hobby artist. We have bins and bins filled with original artwork in all styles and mediums so you will be to find the perfect piece!

All appointments are FULL! We are open to the public on Friday and Saturday, so come see us! There are so many treasures and we will be replenishing stock for Friday.

We are celebrating our 100th sale by inviting all of our loyal shoppers to a special event, Thursday April 7th from 9 AM-2 PM. We are opening up one day early by appointment only to our customers in our data base to shop before the sale is open to the public on Friday and Saturday. We will start accepting appointments on Wednesday March 30th at 8 AM. Please email an appointment request to fabulousfindsestatesales1@gmail.com. You may request an appointment for up to 2 people only! Once we receive your appointment request, an email will be sent within 24 hours with your appointment time and additional details. We will be limiting the number of shoppers per hour. Please do not be concerned if you can't make it on Thursday because there is so much inventory in the house that we are replenishing collectibles, art, ornaments, rugs and more at the end of each day. Prices on Thursday and Friday are firm! We plan to discount on Saturday. We promise this sale will not disappoint and it will be worth the wait!

This is an extremely labor intensive sale therefore we will not be taking phone calls for appointments or questions about the sale. Once appointment times are filled, we will post it on this listing.
