Numbers given out upon arrival. Admittance determined by numbers. We reserve the right to limited the number of people in house at any one time.
Cash Preferred. Cards are accepted with minimum $25 Transaction. No Personal Checks Accepted!
Full payment must be made at time of sale.
All Sales are final. All items are sold as is. No warranties made. No refunds or exchanges.
ALL purchased items must be removed from premises by 3 pm Sunday.
Items may be added or deleted and are subject to change.
There are many beautiful large items included in this sale. Please bring help to load large items and means to transport them. Buyers are responsible for moving and loading furniture.
It is a good idea to bring your own boxes, bags and packing materials since our supply is limited. Buyers are responsible for wrapping, packing items.
Homeowner IS NOT liable for accidents or damage. By coming to our sale, you are assuming responsibility for any accidents or injuries sustained while attending this sale.
Buyer should be mindful of sunken foyer with small step to/from living room and den. Use caution!
Items of valuables have been removed until day of sale.
